UK DELIVERY

All of our delivery options are tracked: 

Standard Shipping starts from £3.95 (2-7 business days)

Free Delivery  orders over £25.00 (2-5 business days) only for the UK.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

All of our delivery options are tracked and price below is for up to 2 bags.

Standard Shipping starts from £9.99 ( 3-10 business days)

Free Delivery orders over £55.00

 

USA  &  CANADA DELIVERY

All of our delivery options are tracked and prices below is for up to 2 bags.

Standard Shipping starts from £12.99 ( 5-18 business days)

Free Delivery orders over £75.00

Apologies, right now we aren't able to offer delivery for countries outside of the above mentioned.

Please note where you are based will depend on how many days it takes for your parcel to be delivered, but as said all items will always be tracked.

All import charges/taxes are paid by the customer.

ALL DELIVERIES

As we are living in unprecedented times please give an extra 3 days than stated above due to delays and disruptions for your parcel to arrive. But when sending your parcel we will give you the tracking number and estimated time of arrival.  If you haven't received your package after this time please contact us: hello@quotebags.co.uk

Refunds & Exchange Policy

REFUNDS

Please note we only accept refunds for two reasons: quality is not as described or the image online doesn't match the item sent.  We always double check what we we are sending and take pictures so it is consistent before sending. 

 

Please contact us before sending back the item(s) with your order number and reason for return, or the refund will not be valid. We will refund the delivery and  returns costs to you once item(s) are received. Please always send back items via  tracked delivery to ensure a safe return, we are not responsible for any items we don't receive.

EXCHANGES

At this moment in time we do not do exchanges only a change of the order, but this is if the  order has not been packaged and dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you'd like to make a change to an order.
